How to Pay
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Company Checks.  Please make checks payable to: Business FUNdamentals, Inc. in US funds.

If you want to set up a corporate account send a fax with your request, on your companies letterhead, attention: credit department @ 813-654-6838. If you have a corporate account, your company will be billed according to established terms. If you order on credit it is important to pay on time ~ there is a 2% per month finance charge added to past due amounts.  However, if you pay your bill within 10 days of receipt we offer a 1.5% discount.

Refunds / Exchanges
If it is not what you expected, send it back. There is a 2% restocking fee if more than 10 of any one item is returned.

Promotional items are proofed prior to production and can not be returned. If it is damaged in shipping please report it to UPS then call us.



Shipping & Freight

We ship UPS ground. Buyer pays shipping. Overnight, 2nd day air, 3rd day air or ground are available. If you are in a rush let us know! Contact us with your ideas and we'll help you make them happen!
