Most activities and ideas came from either our own or our customer's actual classroom experience. Our unique training program "Dealing A Winning Service Hand" was developed by trainers for trainers.  Our tips, stories, activities and ideas are an accumulation of years of classroom experience.

If we know where something came from we have listed the reference and where to find more information.  We do not claim rights to any activities unless it is noted and we don't know who invented many of them.  We just know that they work!
